This coffee was grown in the Comayagua region in the forested highlands of west Honduras. The Guama Danta Reserve is produced by 87 smallholder farms collectively. Since this region is extremely wet, they dried the coffee seeds under solar dryers, opposed to natural sun drying, to ensure proper drying. Notes of brown sugar, almond, and dark chocolate.
