This coffee was grown in the Jinotega region in its renowned volcanic soils by Finca La Bastilla, which is certified by the Rainforest Alliance. Coffees in this estate are grown in various micro climates to express their full potential. This fantastic honey processed coffee displays notes of peach, raspberry and cane sugar.
