Our certified Organic Colombia La Gaitania comes from the Gaitania area of Tolima, Colombia, where smallholder producers have built a strong coffee growing community focused on specialty coffee. Light to light-medium roasted, this washed coffee brings notes of rich baker’s chocolate, ripe plum, and sweet brown sugar. The result is a balanced, smooth cup with a gentle fruit sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.
